Compensation for Delay in service
We really value delivery time and try to ensure all shipments can be delivered as expected. On the other hand, some factors that we can’t control could result in delivery delays. We feel sorry for each delayed shipment, but we always shoulder responsibility for each shipment. All delayed orders will be compensated in reference to the policy as below:
Delay of deliver time 1 days: Compensation 10% of the purchase price.
Delay of deliver time 2-3 days: Compensation 20% of the purchase price.
Delay of deliver time 4-5 days: Compensation 30% of the purchase price.
Delay of deliver time 6-7 days: Compensation 50% of the purchase price.
Delay of deliver time 10 days: Compensation 100% of the purchase price.

After the order is sent and with the courier you will receive a tracking number where you can check the FedEx or DHL website until the order is finally confirmed by you.
